    Tania Cohen

    Chief Executive

    Tania leads the organisation and oversees the delivery of our strategy and operations. Prior to joining 360Giving in March 2020 she had been working and volunteering in charities and grantmaking organisations for over 20 years, including roles as an analyst supporting organisations to improve performance. Tania has wide-ranging experience working with diverse organisations in the sector, as well as having held senior positions in a range of functions.

    Emily Dyson

    Interim Deputy CEO

    Emily specialises in leading strategic communications to achieve change – combining evidence with storytelling to inspire and equip people to take action. Prior to joining 360Giving in November 2024, she was Deputy Director at the Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) where she co-created the Open and Trusting Grant-making initiative.

  • Katherine Duerden

    Head of Support & Services

    Katherine is responsible for 360Giving’s support and services to grantmakers and civil society organisations. She manages 360Giving’s programmes and services, the Helpdesk support function, and the guidance and tools that help funders publish their grant data openly using the 360Giving Data Standard. She is the staff representative on the Stewardship Committee, which oversees the maintenance of the Standard. Prior to joining 360Giving, Katherine worked for seven years for the Association of Charitable Foundations and has also worked for cancer research fundraising and carers support charities.

    Marion Galley

    Product Manager

    Marion leads on the development and maintenance of the 360Giving Data Standard and tools including GrantNav, engaging users of the data and the standard itself, and prioritising the roadmap to best meet their needs. Before joining 360Giving in April 2021, she worked on developing CRMs and grant-management systems in the not-for-profit sector for clients such as Macmillan Cancer Support and the Art Fund.

  • Kerry Smith

    Helpdesk Officer

    Kerry provides support and guidance to enable funders to publish high quality open grants data using the 360Giving Data Standard. She has most recently worked in CRM support and development in Higher Education fundraising but has been helping users get the most out of their IT systems for a number of years.

    Data Support Lead

    Ruth heads the design and delivery of 360Giving’s data skills workshops and training, and alongside the Analysis Lead undertakes data research projects to identify key insights on grantmaking in the UK. Before joining 360Giving Ruth had worked as a merchandiser for several high street retailers such as Next, The Watches of Switzerland Group, and most recently in the charity sector with Sourced by Oxfam.

  • Torr Robinson

    Comms & Engagement Assistant

    Torr supports the communication of 360Giving’s work and our engagement with external organisations and individuals, expressing the power of open data to transform grant-making through media, workshops and more. Prior to joining 360Giving, Torr worked in campaigns and communications with funders, NGOs and volunteer groups focused on human rights, social justice and transparency.

    David Kane

    Analysis Lead (Consultant)

    David works with 360Giving and leads on data analysis, research and data use projects. David is a data scientist and researcher, specialising in data for, by and about charities and wider civil society. He has over ten years experience working with charity data, having worked for NCVO, CAST and the Greater London Authority.

Board of Trustees

As a non-profit company and a registered charity, 360Giving is governed by a Board of Directors who are also the charity’s trustees.

    Fozia Irfan

    Chair

    Fozia is BBC Children in Need’s Director of Impact and Influence. Prior to joining BBC Children in Need, Fozia was Chief Executive of the Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation. Fozia has previously been a Trustee of the Association of Charitable Foundations and she established the national Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coalition of foundations. Fozia is a Winston Churchill Fellow and a Visiting Lecturer at Bayes Business School on the Charities Management/ Philanthropy Masters.

  • Lucy Palfreyman

    Treasurer

    Lucy is an Associate Director at the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and is a former Trustee of the Association of Charitable Foundations. She previously worked in finance roles for Church Urban Fund and the Institute of Education, University of London. Lucy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, holds the Institute of Chartered Accountant’s Diploma in Charity Accountancy and is a qualified coach.

  • Thrisha Haldar

    Vice-Chair

    Thrisha is Lead Executive at the Indigo Trust and the Alan and Babette Sainsbury Family Charitable Fund. Prior to this she was researcher and advisor to BBC Media Action, Arts Council England, the Royal Society of Public Health and to South Asian, African and refugee led organisations, across the UK and internationally. She is also a Trustee to Labour Behind the Label, which campaigns in solidarity with garment workers globally to improve working conditions.

  • Adam Lopardo

    Adam is the Director of Community Relations at the Community Foundation serving Tyne & Wear and Northumberland and has been at the organisation since 2004. Adam has held trustee roles with New Writing North, AV Festival and Tech for Life and been an advisor to White Box Projects and Northumberlandia.

    Jo Kerr

    Jo’s career has focused on strategy, leadership and change through a digital lens. Jo is Director of Impact and Innovation at Turn2Us, after being a freelance consultant and leadership coach. She was Assistant Director of Digital for Breast Cancer Care, Girlguiding’s first Head of Digital Communications, and Managing Director for London at Reason Digital. Jo is a Fellow of the Intersticia Foundation and Newspeak House — the London College of Political Technologists, and Chair of the Board of Trajectory Theatre.

    Linda Humphries

    Linda is a digital consultant and founder of Paper Frogs Ltd, which partners with charities and purpose-led organisations that benefit society. She is Chair of Open Data Manchester CIC and former Chair of the 360Giving Standard Stewardship Committee, which oversees maintenance of the 360 Giving data standard. She was previously chair of the UK Government’s Open Standards Board and a senior technology policy adviser in the Government Digital Service, where she led on open standards and interoperability.

    Fran Perrin OBE

    Fran is the Founder and Director of the Indigo Trust and formerly the Chair of 360Giving’s Board of Directors. She is also a board member of New Philanthropy Capital and The Sainsbury Archive. Prior to setting up Indigo Trust, Fran was an advisor at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, in the UK Cabinet Office. She was awarded the Global Philanthropic Lifetime Contribution to Philanthropy Award in 2021.
