If you haven’t found what you’re looking for in our publisher guidance or in the content of our workshops, we are here to help; whether you have questions about sharing your grants data using the 360Giving Data Standard, need some targeted support, or you would just like to talk through the process. We can help you with anything you want to discuss about publishing your grants data.

Every Thursday afternoon we offer free, individual 30-minute video calls with our Helpdesk team. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about sharing your grants data or to work through specific challenges. These calls have no set structure, and are guided by your needs; just let us know what you want to discuss in the booking form.

Who is this for?
Our 1-1 Publisher support is ideal for those who are new to sharing their grants data using the 360Giving Data Standard, or for existing publishers who would like support to update or amend their data.
If you have questions about exploring open grants data which has already been published, such as the features and implications of the data, or how to use it to inform research, you should book a 1-1 Data Support call instead.
